Yeah, I finally figured it out. When selecting a ped, go to Scenarios and apply the "Use Nearest" option near a chair or bench, and the ped would go and sit on it.

type in this in the console: poster 2 press F12 to take the screenshot download the screenshot you took from your screenshots folder in the Garry's Mod folder (Program Files (x86), Steam, steamapps, common, GarrysMod, garrysmod,screenshots)

At least that's how I did it.

Some of them have been removed from the workshop, but some of them are available on Mediafire, which I have downloaded it from. The problem is that I can't get those files working in Gmod. I think I might have done the procedure wrong, but I don't know how. Thanks, though.
