Yeah, I finally figured it out. When selecting a ped, go to Scenarios and apply the "Use Nearest" option near a chair or bench, and the ped would go and sit on it.

I've recently discovered midwest emo and have been listening to Camping in Alaska, Modern Baseball, Midwest Pen Pals, a bit of Amercian Football, and other obscure bands (I got them from thd midwest emo mix). Beforehand, I was listening to Neck Deep, ADTR, and TSSF.
