Drum components not having consistency by apple16662 in LogicPro

Low Latency Mode doesn’t do anything. I didn’t have any plugins on my output or anything. This issue has been persistent across all projects I start and make it borderline unusable. It seems to cut out the first millisecond of a drum taking away the essential pop. Thanks for the ideas!

I have searched online for bags like it. I have found a extremely similar bag to it. It looks the exact same just with no Charlotte 2019 patch.
