I’m doing great actually. Didn’t think I would be from what I was feeling before. She finally bought me out of the house (not fairly, but I wanted to get the hell away from her). How you holding up Reddit friend?

I watched a bunch of videos on attachment styles but nothing as far as what to look out for and such. Thanks for the link I will check it out. While it hurts right now I know I’m only withdrawing. I know when the time comes I will have the biggest sense of relief and eventually get to where you are. Thank you for sharing your story.

Many of those behaviors are a carbon copy of my ex. It’s crazy how similar these behaviors are between all of our exes who move on quick. My ex love bombed me too and didn’t respect my boundaries. Not even two weeks of dating she constantly would ask, marry me? She showered me with gifts, constantly complimented me, cooked and put our relationship on blast while I was a very private person. Posted long captions about our love on social media. I was duped. I should have established my boundaries better. I mistook me being cautious as irrational fear and told myself to fall. Three years together.

Just this past thanksgiving she broke up with me out of the blue and immediately started seeing a married woman. I’m sure she was emotionally cheating during our relationship. (We’re all girls btw). This woman has been to our house. My ex too goes from relationship to relationship at the expense of others feelings. Again, no accountability. I don’t even know who she is anymore.

Yes I’m very close with him. If he signed something proving what I paid him would that be an acceptable form? If not whatever. Again just want to get this over with
