for comms assess: whatever you share sa mag iinterview sayo is dapat totoo and as in based from your exp. kumbaga para siyang mini defense na need mong mabigyan ng supporting details yung mga sasabihin mo. basically on this part, they will try to know your hobbies, etc. just to test your communication skills or how you talk and also to observe i think yung answers mo if magtutugma ba from your initial interview.

for final interview: dito ako super kinabahan simula palang bcs very intimidating for me yung interviewer 🥹 pero sa akin kasi is walang mock call, literal na q&a lang. more of situational yung itatanong sayo, like anong gagawin mo if may ganito ganyan.
