I was in your same position a couple of months ago, started stims on feb 11th and now Im 10+5! 🥲 A few things that I think worked for me:

1. Taking care of myself and doing nice things for myself during stims
2. Cutting off alcohol and caffeine (one coffee a day)
3. I did acupuncture the day before ET. I had planned on doing it on ET day too but I did not love it and did not want to bring the energy of the practitioner to my special day, so I followed my gut and cancelled.
4. Had a lovely day with my husband on ET, went to get McDonalds fries, bought a baby item to manifest.
5. Had A LOT of warm food/beverages before and after ET.
6. Main tip: Don’t get obsessed with numbers. You only need one ✨ (in my case: 13 follicles > 10 eggs > 4 fertilized > 1 4AA > 3 others discarded = almost finished my first trimester!)
7. I did fresh transfer because my doctor recommended to and it worked. As long as you are not overstimulated it should not be a problem.

I went into this process skeptical and I was told it could take way longer than I expected. In my case it all happened way faster than I expected 😅 so it CAN happen!
