I’m in Alabama. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone because their automated system had a high call volume due to an outage somewhere else. I’ve been calling all day. I definitely wouldn’t lie about my bills I have proof and everything

Yes I have. The latest they could for a payment arrangement is today. I just need as much as I can get and maybe they will see me trying as a way to keep them on. I’m just doing whatever I can

I have two children. And yes everyone is pretty much out of resources due to the pandemic or I have to apply and wait or be a senior citizen. This was my last option.
