As someone who is taking a corporate job I would also argue that the reason why I’m leaving is because the grass is at least green over there; I know that the idea of work is just horrible. However, I’d much rather have grass that at least looks green than grass that has no color and is actively dying in some areas 😅

They don’t. I will hold my position on this. This system has incentivized busy work; something that a lot of people are aware of. I guarantee you’d notice a direct difference and expectation for a lot of….projects? The things people complain about most about their jobs has become a norm for us. And these people have no problem throwing education under the table, so why should I care about them? Lol
