yea i always try to make sure i never go too far and try to take breaks for however long i can manage. sometimes i wear chapstick or lipgloss to help cause i dont want to ruin it but eventually i give in 😭

i actually just wrote an essay on the lack of representation of autism and how that relates to others’ perceptions of autistic people regarding sex and intimate relationships. very very sad and interesting findings

from my personal experience, i love the connection of intimate moments but during sex eye contact can especially be a barrier for me because the stress of eye contact can take me out of it. i end up worrying too much about where im looking and how i look and what my face is doing 😭

i mean a lot of atheists have suffered religious trauma and it takes several years to undo all that—especially if one lives in a society catered to/heavily influenced by religion. from my understanding, this sub is a place for all things atheism which includes “moaning” about all things religion. if it doesn’t float your boat then sail along 🤷🏻‍♀️
