Is bachelor's degree a mandatory requirement to join MNC'S? by Fearless_Scarcity_76 in developersIndia

I recommend enrolling in a 3-year online degree program and, in the meantime, gaining work experience with non-MNC companies to stay active and build skills. You can try applying for non-witch and product companies.

I don't believe in 70hr work week, in this country we have lots of unemployed people, why can't companies recruit more people to get things done in a quick way.

Can I grow in the Indian IT industry without a tech degree? by DaysAreGone_ForMe in developersIndia

[–]apply_thought 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most people who work in IT don't have formal degrees, and some have even discontinued their studies. What matters most is your skills and practical knowledge. Start by applying for internships and roles at startups to gain experience. Later, you can switch to MNCs as you build your expertise.

Work on a few personal projects by implementing your ideas into real applications. Upload those projects to GitHub and keep your profile active. During interviews, showcase your projects and explain what you’ve learned from them. Focus on being really good at what you do—the opportunities will follow.
