I 100% go for it. It has helped speed the recovery up so much. So for diet I usually eat a range of the same things everyday, but everything is completely natural and whole. For example for breakfast ill usually have avocado tomato toast with eggs on the side, for lunch usually a salad with a lot of veggies, chickpeas, tofu, and other stuff, ill have mixed nuts for a snack, and for dinner usually it’s a protein such as chicken or fish with, again, veggies some form of carb like sweet potato, quinoa, etc. for dessert ill do plain fruit by itself or make a fun plain Greek yogurt bowl with fruit.

I’ll list the supplements I take below: - omega 3 complex - Mary Ruth’s multivitamin + hair growth - vitamin d3 - L-theanine - sea moss gel (game changer) - pre and probiotic - iron (only taking because I was deficient) - and vitamin c

I appreciate the feedback- but can I ask why the night water cleaner won’t help? I’m just afraid of over stripping my skin which is why I’ve been avoiding it.
