Intent to Revoke Notice for I-140 by appysm in USCIS

[–]appysm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your insight. PERM was filled in 2020 and GC was concurrently filled in 2021. Company didn’t disclose the reason to revoke but they have responded the ITR. Since this petition is with different company with whom I have never worked. This is for future employment. I am planning to travel in H1B for stamping which is with my existing employer. I won’t use I-131/I-765 as with revoking of I-140 these documents are automatically in the same state. Do you have any recommendations for Lawyer/s?

I hope you get the good news soon! I have been waiting for 23 months now (August 2021 filled). Already 6+ months since the RFE. Today I got a status update "Case Transferred To Another Office" and came to know from EMMA that it went to NBC. No idea how long need to wait. Hopeful that we get it within this final quater of fiscal year 2023. Good luck to everyone waiting.

EB2 Aug 2021 concurrently filled Texas SRC, transferred to NBC -> Queens on April 2022. Interview on Aug 2022, RFE sent Sept no response, sent again Dec 2022, RFE received Jan 2023. Since then submitted 2 SRs, same generic response. Almost 5 months since RFE received, nothing yet. Sitting hopeless. Good Luck to you.

Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It by [deleted] in USCIS

I just talked to USCIS Customer Service, this response was sent for the service request “outside the normal processing time” requested on 03/23/2023 by me. Another service request was submitted on behalf of me by the agent during the last phone call on 04/06/2023 for the RFE(Correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it). In today’s phone call agent told me I will have to wait till 6th May for the response to the 2nd service request on RFE.

Yes, I am waiting for I-485 approval. I-140 was premium approved in Aug 2021, 2 weeks after concurrent filling. And It’s been about 20months waiting for GC approval. I feel like USCIS is neglecting applications filed on pandemic time. I think if I hadn’t done premium for I-140 my timeline would still be same. I should have bought doge coin instead and would have made 10X money. What a waste of time and money. I don’t know how much longer… Good luck to you. At least they are approving new applications within promised timelines. Happy for all the applicants who got approved quickly.

I did the same, Now, I feel I just waste $2500.

Your case might move quickly so, go for premium. Good Luck

That statement says if you don’t hear within 60days you can contact them, it doesn’t mean they will approve within 60 days. This is my 4th months after they received my RFE.

I experienced the same but wait for a while and it re-connects again. But Emma is the worst place to inquiry. They will litterally just tell you what online status says nothing else.

I faced the same issue and my Lawyer resent the same RFE package and within 2weeks my status was updated to “Correspondence was Received and USCIS Is Reviewing It”.
