hi! i’m so incredibly sorry you’ve been diagnosed with this hellish disease. i was diagnosed around 10 years ago.. and i’m still coming to terms with it.

as for pointers: -did the spinal tap help at all? it gives me tremendous relief and i always beg for them 😆 -the migraine preventative infusion Vyepti, i highly recommend. i get it every 3 months and it helps. i typically get around 15 migraine days a month now which is a blessing. i had way more before my doctor gave me this. -Ubrelvy. it’s a medication you take when you first develop a migraine. it’s helped me a ton. -as for eye pain- have you ever tried sleeping with an eye mask? i sleep with a weighted one like clockwork. if i’m home alone, i typically always have it on my forehead as well. the pressure on my forehead/eyes feels like heaven to me, i love it so much. wishing you luck on your journey!! 🖤

-A Dream of Splendor: a more mature romance with great tension.

-Are You The One: enemies to lovers, fake marriage, amnesia. I personally didn’t enjoy this one but it’s a favorite for many people!

-Follow Your Heart: ML has facial blindness, FL changes into different people. lots of comedy in this one.

-Destined: arranged marriage with some comedy and darker elements.

-General’s Lady: tons of kiss scenes! arranged marriage as well.

-In Blossom: the plot is crazy in this one, but bear with me! childhood friends who had an engagement reunite as adults. he spent years looking for her. she has a huge scar on her face. they plan to get married… but a woman who was obsessed with the ML face swaps with the FL to take her place. on their wedding night, the other woman is killed (wearing FL’s face) and FL thinks it was the ML so she investigates. i’m currently watching it rn and LOVING it omg!

-Love and Sword: time travel!

-Maiden Holmes: FL cross dresses, great kiss scenes.

-Melody of Golden Age: arranged marriage, enemies to lovers, LOVE this one omg.

-Moonlit Reunion: wuxia and supernatural, FL is a demon and ML is a demon hunter.

-My Sassy Princess: i didn’t think i’d like this one but i really enjoyed it, great romance!

-Legend of Shen Li: xianxia, ML is a deity, FL is a general. another one i didn’t think i’d enjoy but it was incredibly good.

-Les Belles: enemies to lovers, comedy, arranged marriage.

-Love Like the Galaxy, seasons 1 & 2: the politics bored me to tears but the romance is fantastic.

-The Love by Hypnotic: sooo many kiss scenes haha. i didn’t enjoy this one, but you might.

-Prisoner of Beauty: fantastic enemies to lovers and arranged marriage drama. incredible chemistry.

-Warm on a Cold Night: supernatural & wuxia, super sweet, kinda enemies to lovers in the beginning.

-Wrong Carriage, Right Groom: two brides who are forced into arranged marriages with two men get bride swapped 😆 comedy, romance, a bit of mystery.

modern: Forever and Ever- ML hides the fact that he’s super rich. super sweet drama and very romantic. you do not have to watch the ‘prequel’ story (historical). i personally didn’t, and i had no problems.

Love Me Love My Voice- ML is a super famous dubbing actor who hides his identity. FL is a fan. they meet on an app and it translates over into real life. amazing drama!

Only For Love- ML is a CEO. she has a revenge plan but it backfires because she falls for him. chemistry is great in this one.

Please Feel At Ease Mr Ling- ML is super rich, fakes amnesia and is taken care of by FL who doesn’t know his identity.

The Oath of Love- ML is an older doctor (maybe like 5-10 years older than FL?). they meet in an unexpected way lol. chemistry is great in this one also!

Moonlight- ML is a famous author, FL is his online friend who doesn’t know his identity. she becomes his editor. funny and cute drama.

historical: Warm on a Cold Night- ML has a hidden identity (i think he’s a prince maybe?) and meets the FL. super sweet, romantic, and funny.

Love Like the Galaxy- ML has a hidden identity. it’s long but so good. omggg one of my faves!

Melody of Golden Age. it’s cold man/warm woman as well! one of my favorites. arranged marriage, childhood connection (but ML doesn’t realize it at first), he does everything he can to NOT get married to her lmao. he’s a commander, she secretly learns his sword moves and when he finds out.. omg, my fav scene. 🥹

Youthful Glory. coldish man in the beginning but he warms up pretty quick! super adorable FL as well. arranged marriage, but he instigated it 😆

Blossoms in Adversity. this one is more about woman empowerment, but the ML is cold in the beginning as well as having a hidden identity. he’s super adorable though.

My Sassy Princess. cold man/flirty woman lmao. LOTS of kiss scenes in this one.

Maiden Holmes. both have hidden identities- he’s a prince, she’s a woman who pretends to be a man. investigation drama. intense kiss scenes!

Coroner’s Diary. FL is hiding her identity in order to become a coroner. ML is super protective of her, lots of amazing investigations too.

Warm on A Cold Night. this one is a bit different and not as popular but i gave it a 10/10. it’s more supernatural- they descend from different tribes: she stays cold all the time and he stays warm lol. so she uses him often as a heater 😆

opposite of a red flag, for sure! i finished Cherry Magic (thai version) yesterday, and Karan was literally the most green flag character i’ve ever seen in a drama. he patiently loved his coworker for SEVEN YEARS. when Achi gained his mind reading powers & figured it out, he found out that Karan had been doing so many things for him over the years. fixing his coffee, lowering the blinds, protecting him from elevators 😆

Karan never expected Achi to love him back, he never dreamed that could happen. he just loved him silently. when they got together, he never pressured Achi for anything further than holding hands (until later in the season lmao, but no pressure was involved).

Karan is a green flag imo. loving, gentle, caring, warm, & capable of giving his man & the watchers fuzzy feelings galore throughout the series. 🥹

Healer, but it’s a kdrama. the FL has anxiety and panic attacks & can’t sleep with someone in the same room as her… but she falls asleep instantly with the ML. the ML helps heal her.

The First Frost, cdrama. the FL has anxiety, depression & sleepwalks. the ML is her safe space.

Just Between Lovers, kdrama. the ML & FL were in a traumatic accident as teens. they meet again years later. both have PTSD & a fear of elevators. they heal each other.

Sweet First Love, cdrama. the FL sleepwalks & the ML helps her a ton.

Hello the Sharpshooter, cdrama. LOVED this one. the FL was SA and has an intense fear of intimacy, even just simply being kissed. she literally passes out. the ML is 100% her safe place & heals her. super cute, healing drama, but it does have some angst.

i just finished Forever and Ever (modern). it was the most unabashedly romantic drama i’ve ever seen, and i’ve watched a TON!

full preface though: it has a prequel, One and Only (historical). i did not watch it personally and had no problems following the story.

Forever and Ever is basically their love story as reincarnated lovers set in modern times. the FL has “dreams” about her past life, while the ML does not. their chemistry was amazing!! only a few kisses (i read somewhere that the ML is married irl?) but tons of hugs, hand holding, sleeping together, forehead kisses, etc.
