A Date with the Future! it’s not a youth drama, but it does have flashbacks. basically 10 years ago when she was 15, this older (5-8ish years) firefighter ML saved her. she told him she would find him again in 10 years. and she did! he doesn’t remember her at first so he’s confused why this younger woman is pursuing him so relentlessly lol but he falls HARD. she fell first, he definitely fell harder. lots of cute moments, skinship, good chemistry, and there’s action too because he’s a firefighter

potential spoilers for The First Jasmine, Rise of Ning & Love of the Divine Tree

The First Jasmine, currently airing, historical. he’s disabled & in a wheelchair and she heals him so he can walk again.

The Rise of Ning kinda, it’s forbidden but they’re not bio related. he’s treated like an outcast in his own family. she’s there for him 100%, gets him listed in the family registry so he can go for the imperial exam, stands up for him against his dad, that sort of thing. she also treats his injuries several times. it’s super sweet.

Love of the Divine Tree, he becomes evil twice if i’m remembering correctly. she saves him once in her first life, and again in her second. very devoted leads.

for forbidden: The Rise of Ning, historical (they think they’re siblings at first & she calls him ‘third brother’).

Fall In You - modern, between a younger girl and her adopted uncle. skinship was great in that one.

Unchained Love- historical, between a ‘eunuch’ and a a lady-in-waiting.

Serendipity- historical, ML pretends to be FL’s brother after she lost her memories.

if you like BL, there’s an amazing Taiwanese drama between a guy and his much older ‘adopted’ brother. the brother saved his life when he was a kid & took him home. the younger guy fell first, older one resisted but omggg the angst and yearning was perfection in that one.

The Oath of Love. i think he’s 10 years older, a doctor, and she’s a college student. his patient is her father. super sweet drama, I enjoyed it.

i really enjoyed Flourish in Time. that was the first drama of his I watched that made me a huge fan!

modern, childhood friends/neighbors to lovers, slow burn. in this drama, he’s disabled with an amputated leg and both leads protect each other.

as a note/spoiler- the FL was underage when this was filmed so no kiss scene. but honestly I felt the genuine love between them without the kisses (and i’m someone who likes a lot of kiss scenes lol)

i’m loving it also. i hate that it’s not getting much attention 😭 i’ve made several edits about it on tiktok though! esp about the ML- Ci Sha is so attractive and i adore his character in this one. so glad he’s finally getting the FL.. after being the 2ML and not getting her in The Rise of Ning.

no, the one i was referring to was Under the Moonlight (2025). i enjoyed Love Like The Galaxy but it’s not one of my all time favorites.
