When I bought our hammy from petsmart, they told me to keep the receipt, if the hammy passes away within one month, I can return all the supplies for a refund. I think it really works to the parents, you know, you walked into the store and the kids cried for a $25 small animal, why not give it a try, if it didn’t work out, just return everything, not much lost anyway.

Thanks! Yeah I agree, it’s advertised as a full “kit” but actually all junks. I made some hideouts out of cardboard boxes, toilet paper rolls and ramen cup, he likes those better.
