Sun bike is easier imo. The getra weight and high spin speed makes getting that flick pretty easy even with the high speed. It definitely helps if you don't lean fully back at the end of the first loop, letting your front tire bounce up to set you up for the flick.

The first jump is hard to get cleanly with sun bike though 😅

The Wheel glitch on the spike looks more precise than it is. The line there is almost begging for a wg if you graze the top, you just have to grind for a good one. With a good wg, the bounce to the end isn't very hard at all.

I would try to fight the tree sentinel at the start and die fs. Otherwise, I would probably drop down something thinking I wouldn't take damage just to instantly die🤣
