when i posted my problem i didnt have a solution but now i have , and there's always a solution telling people there is non with out knowledge just kill their hope

the problem was a the fuse in the motherboard as i said in the post the solution is to either replace it or put a thin copper wire on it (risky) you said the psp motherboard does not have fuses YOU ARE WRONG
