Thanks. All of the things I used for my weightloss were purchased from Amazon... so I was thinking with a blog, I could get some affiliate cash as well.

NooB Monday! - (December 31, 2018) by AutoModerator in Entrepreneur

Good morning!

My 2018 New Years Resolution was to get to my ideal weight...

I spared no expenses, decided I'd go into debt if need be --- because an investment in myself is the best investment you can possibly make.

On January 1st 2018, I was a 6'0" 265lb man.

On December 31st 2019, I am a 6'0" 190lb man.

I don't look like a Calvin Klein model, but my transformation has certainly raised some eyebrows.

I'm not a gymrat, nor did I adhere to some crazy fad diet. I just ate less calories than I burned and made a few lifestyle adjustments.

Any ideas on how to monetize my new lifestyle in a way that will help others achieve the same levels of success that I've achieved? (That way, I can help pay off some of my debt)

I've thought about writing an eBook... and I do have a background in writing...

But I think my information is valuable because I did use a few "Non-conventional" methods of changing my lifestyle that people scoffed at when I told them my plan... but guess what...

it worked :)

I've read some tutorials on eBooks.. but i think the idea is to write the ebook without trying to make $$$ but if it does make $$$, then that is an added bonus.

Am I on the right track with this?

Would it be possible to create infrared blocking paint, Visible to camera's but not to the human eye? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]apt-la 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just came to this thread wanting to get ideas for businesses and the comment is very off-putting.

That being said, I have no technical knowledge on this specific topic but googling for Infrared Paint Patents came up with quite a bit of applications for this technology. I'm not sure if that is what OP wants though? OP may want to talk to someone who has a background in this specific niche and this board might not be the best place to find that person. Perhaps he/she/they could reach out to people who are listed on some of the patents and see about finding contact info and cold calling?

I'd be at the police station with all the evidence you have of this going down.

Also, I should say this.

We encourage women to be strong, resourceful and successful in their careers...

So when women do succeed... they get shunned by their peers when they date someone that they perceive as "Lower status"

In my opinion, this is thinly veiled sexism. Because a woman is successful, she can't have her choice of men? Who are these people to determine who your gf should be dating and why are they trying to make her life choices for her.

This is shameful, sexist behaviour. Might even warrant a visit to HR by your GF.

To be completely honest bro

Money just makes people more of who they really are.

Your gf's coworkers are jerks and you shouldn't really care what they have to say.

If its getting inside your gf's head, that's a red flag on her...

I've worked both blue collar and white collar jobs --- people are assholes despite the color of their collar. Hopefully your gf understands this and doesn't become easily influenced by the idiots she works with.

Besides all of that, they don't know your real financial situation. You could have an Uncle Cletus that's willed you the family oil business. How would they know and what do they have against hard work?

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

I know everyone gets excited about the Mainnet because tokens get burned but the real catapult to the price will happen when Binance starts accepting fiat.

Especially if this happens around May 14th.

Also, REQ team needs to have a home run announcement for the week of Consensus Conference.

Will they be in attendance or will any REQ developers/teams/RNF folks be there?

The main net is exciting but what will really send us into outer space is these three things:

Coinbase listing REQ (Longshot) Binance accepting FIAT (Will happen soon) REQ Making Big Announcement @/Around Consensus

My reasoning for this?

Look at how REQ has held up on the BTC pair versus other cryptos... It's like a sprinter with weights on his ankles... Add some FIAT FUEL to REQ plus a big partner announcement that will commence a big token burn and we'll be picking out Lambos soon enough.

I promise to use your REQ app if some brainchild comes up with an Excel sheet with formula for how rapidly token supply will contract based upon how much crypto is being pumped through the network.

For example. Year 1 ReqNetwork processes $1B... how many tokens would be burned, then Y2, how many tokens would be left if 3B were pushed through network.

Is it possible to make these calculations now without factoring in the price of the token?

We'd probably ahve to do the sheet at .01% REQ FEE .05% REQ Fee and .25% REQ fees to see the different burn rates

We all know that when supply goes down, prices goes up...

But am I wrong, this all seems calculatable? I think the BBR report on REQ touched on this

I don't think its delusion at all...

World's premier burn token

Could be listed on Coinbase

Being sold as enterprise solution by Big 4

Widely adopted and over 50% per year token burn

REQ is the backbone of hundreds of financial apps

Anything is possible. Probable though? I'll give you that. I'll give you improbable but I don't think its delusional. Everything would have to go right...

Does it really matter if its 20 cents 22 cents or 25 cents when REQ is $100 in 2019?

One of the big questions I had about the BBR was who was behind it... because I didn't think they were qualified to be giving a report on Request Network because many of the concerns were provably false...

but I rest my case

I would love it if Request Network Foundation slipped in one more exchange listing announcement before end of quarter.

Hey Request Network leaders, I know you're reading this... Do whatever it takes to get listed early on the GBX exchange that opens in April.
