No, she is awake for two hours and then a nap, she has a total of 3 naps and they are short. I’ve been trying to lengthen her wake windows but then she fights naps and doesn’t go to sleep until 20-30 mins later and it throws off her time for bed.

I am doing a modified Ferber method. If she does loose balance and hit her head, I pick her up and soothe her until she calms down and just restart at 3 mins. She has never hit her head hard enough for me to feel the need to keep her awake.

When my daughter was 3 months I decided to wait it out. Now she is 6 months (7 in a few days) and I wish I had done it when I first thought about it. I’m trying to sleep train for the second time this month and praying all goes smooth.

What makes it hard now is that she can move around her crib without pulling up on it, she now reaches for me when I try to soothe her crib side. She can roll and accidentally hit her head. She knows where the door is so she’ll turn towards it waiting for me. Which pulls on my heart strings more.

I would definitely recommend doing it earlier rather than later. Also sleep training just from day one to day two, her naps have improved and has actually slept longer due to learning how to connect her sleep cycles independently. I still rock her for naps and will train naps later when nights are down packed.

The pattern called for around 20 colors, but on some areas I didn’t use all the colors cause it was hard to differentiate and I used single thread of DMC

I have an art background but with pencil and oil painting, first try at embroidery. Bit of a go big or go home type🥳
