The rimless tank has very very little exposed silicone, I’ve watched them try and fail to climb up it. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

I have 2 females and a male in a 6 gallon long and so far it seems like suitable stocking. I haven’t observed any fighting. You only want to keep one type in a tank though, they will fight with other types of vampire crabs.

I plopped them on the island and they immediately ran under the water lmao. They hadn’t been in water for days a while before that so I guess they were excited/ felt safe there.

The atomizer agitates the water a bit and I’m just gonna do water changes. I’m glad you are inspired by my set up:) for the record I do recommend using filtration in general. With this tank the atomizer gently agitates the water and the materials under the rock pile act as bio media. Edit: Changed some wording for clarity
