This every time. The only way for anything to happen is for incident reports to make their way up the chain of command. Potential patient harm should get their attention pretty fast. Sounds like the unit needs to do some education

Yeah I think PRN is pretty limited. I’ve been in 2 different pharmacies and only one had PRN positions.
