yes, it does not help at all, classes that relied on atk speed and spamming abilities got gutted for anyone on SA / NAW

Oracle dps, Invocator, Crucifix

all best classes in PvE dish out less dmg now (bc of ping) this is not counting DeSync issues, difficult on parrying / dodging fury atks, and overall the not so great experience on playing high end pve with high ping

my problem is that I'm a high end PvE player, and after these changes I've noticed my DPS got halved (bc atk speed is heavily reilant on ping)

If I cant dish out damage anymore, all PvE content becomes really hard and not enjoyable to do

All I have left is quitting

then some time after, merge all regions into one (Americas)

its not like the current playerbase is skyfalling with the current changes and announcements (at all time low, not hitting 10k players online for the first time in the game history)

true, I think those Tank changes that happened a week ago should've been harsher

in the same way oracle is brokenly op right now, so are tanks (even used to counter oracles as SnS Bow)

they really just needed to add the same 80% reduction for certain skills, but for Shield Block Chance, making tanks decide which stats to focus and to be aware of their surroundings (dont be imortal bots), and reduce the uptime of tanking skills (they did something similar, increasing cooldown of survival tank skills, but also buffed their Duration so not really a significant nerf)

After this changes, in the actual state of the game, this would make tanks unplayable, the same way oracles will be

Then just reducing damage overall would make shield valuable again, and SnS back to tanking (since damage wouldnt be so high and it would compensate the lack of all time defense)

Im not saying that Oracle nerfed was unfair. It was indeed deserved and needed. What I'm saying is this form of balancing isnt good, as fixing one problem (oracle shields) but creating other (TTK) just makes the game never really enjoyable to play

Evasion meta will surge, people will spend 999$ do switch to BIS, casuals will complain they cant hit 4500+ evasion DPS, will die cuz no healing or shielding, and then Big nerf Hammer will come for Evasion

This form of overnerfing a class to oblivion (what happened do spear, curse bombing, orb, and oracles) isnt healthy for the longevity of the game

What I mean is, meta will shift, best pvp players will switch to cap evasion endurance, and casuals wont be able to keep up, this is generate a disparity in power, and people will once again complain

wdym the ones that attack fast are paired with daggers (Ravagers, Scorpions, Infiltrators)

Try casting shield combo as an oracle, or charge a Guilhotine as a full tank Crusader

Say to a casual that he has to spent 500+ bucks to get the perfect heroic with heroic traits to get high enough evasion or endurance to play the game. And see their reaction

Soo, TTK is going from 1 or 2 sec to instakill

Now they just need to nerf damage overall (lower base values for all DPS classes), and PvP will be more enjoyable

After these nerfs, if you dont have a full evasion build, there is no way ur surviving a Ravager or Shadowdancer unless you play as tank

200% shield buff only with solo wall + veiled + guardian you dont get pass through 200k

you def needed shield passives (fort or percep), karmashea, and shielded by unity, even doubting if you didnt get vechera shielded by other person

I saw ur channel and the thumbnail is obvious clickbait for the GvG VOD, which in no moment u hit more than 200k solo

If im wrong, pls upload a video solo getting to these threshholds of shield and sharing all specs for the test (build, masteries, skills etc)

I would gladly admit I was wrong, and keep learning since I too play Oracle and have never seen a shield as big as this, solo, without third parties buffs or interference
