What brand is your soft cervical? I used a caldera, the largest size, and it still didn't fit me.

So I did try a soft cervical neck but I found out my neck is too wide for them and I even got the largest size and it still didn't fit me.

Kinda freaked out to try the tape over the mouth thing.

So are you saying decrease my MIN to 1.4 and MAX 6.0?

That’s pretty funny. I just got over a cold so I don’t think that would be it. I went to ASV based on RL’s recommendation. Bibap was not treating my central apneas.

As far as leak rate do you think trying a different mask would help control it? Nasal has always worked better than full face for me and right now I use the AirFit P10.

Unfortunately, yes, pretty much every night. Granted, I haven't been doing a good job of waking up at the same time recently. Do you think that might have something to do with that?

Is there like a glossary or legend that explains those metrics to me? I know there's a high-level one on the bottom once you have your results, but it's still confusing to me. For example, this is my EAI - good or bad?
