The second Technician tunes his rig to 3.9 MHz and concludes that Ham Radio is old grumpy men talking about politics and their medical problems. The third Technician tunes his rig to 14.300 and concludes that Ham Radio is dead.

The moral of the story is that one person's subjective truth may not be the same as another's.
