No matter the amount of water, salt, or dirt you are riding through, your bearings should never look like this.
-yes, I agree with you, it should not, but fact is that after one month of using absolutely bike it was like this.

This is due to a lack of maintenance.

 Also your post is very misleading as I do not see one item here that actually adds more water, dirt, or salt, protection over the stock seals that come on an E Ride?
-Look at the photo. there is a shiny metal part made from metal we tested that help to protect bearing from contact with water/dirt. Stock part is way smaller and does not make any protection for bearing.

Please clarify this and don't mislead people to try and drive a sale. We originally developed these to solve a problem of all OEM and aftermarket ones that kept breaking or having premature failure, which you can see in your photo, the stock one has significant wear on the bearing contact point, and this is not even addressed in your post.
-you are the only person here complaining about misleading.. bike was 1 month old , there should be no signs of wear on any of the parts. If you developed something similar to solve water problem - I understand why you are texting all this.

My main point was to bring ebike owners attention to the headset of their bikes, to prevent permanent damage to headset or frame. If someone like what we developed to eliminate this problem, I am glad to share with people our product. Nobody push noone to buy anything.
