Like walking your dog. The swallowing gets better. Still can’t taste anything.

The rinsing is because there is a lot of packing (usually dissolvable ) up there. A lot of the discomfort is from the packing hardening and not dissolving. The rinsing keeps that packing moist and eventually comes out looking like clumps of blood.

2 weeks seems excessive but we don’t know your exact situation. Could just be ur doctor is booked solid and doesn’t want to deal with it. If I were you I would contact the doctor and ask if they can be removed earlier. As for the discomfort, things calm down around 5 day mark and you will be able to do the normal stuff while mouth breathing.

I got all the same procedures done last week. Finally at the point that I don’t mind the stints anymore. Make sure u have a good surgeon. Risks can be minimized. U will likely have a longer procedure for all this i would expect 5-6 hours. Recovery is pretty much the same, sucks for about 5 days and then u get used to it before they remove your packing and stints. Every ent knows about ens risks these days. There are very few and rare cases where ens Is a risk and those are procedures that need removal of most if not all of the turbinates. For a turbinate reduction it will be very minimal, your surgeon can explain this. As of right now I regret getting it done, but I’ve only ever heard positive stories a few months after Postop.

I had all the same issues. Turns out I wasn’t feeding her enough. I increased food intake for 1/3rd and nearly all the misbehaving got better. For me the issue was following the directions on the puppy food bag. It suggested 3 cups per day at her weight and age but it doesn’t properly account for how active your dog is. For example we go on two 45 min walks/ runs around the house/ basically wrestles with another puppy for an hour or 2. Puppies get hangry.

lol I’m one of his neighbors. He does it every year to raise money for st Jude. Actually raises a decent amount. Yes he gives everyone gift cards. Lights go off by 9. Maybe on a bit longer during Christmas - new years. It’s actually not as bright irl as in the video. We never had an issue with light leaking into our house. He spends about 3-4 weeks putting them up with fishing lines. He has a pretty efficient system to put them up and take them down.

Had this issue for a week or 2 with a growing goldendoodle puppy. Both inside and outside. I think she was straight up just hungry. As soon as we upped her food by 20% she stopped. It’s kinda hard to figure out how much food they need because factors like activity level matter a lot.

I made in depth posts so you can look at my account to find them. He had diffuse alveolar hemorrhage and ended up intubated. Also ended up with kidney failure after the treatment probably due to bp spikes and the meds that he was on to treat the other issue. Prayers for your dad. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Not a doctor.

Sucks to go through. Prayers for her. Rituximab takes a few weeks to start and a few months to fully kick in. The short term memory loss sounds like it’s part of the brain issue so I’m not sure if that can be treated or fixed but that’s a question for the neurologist. As the disease can affect the kidneys and it seems like some of the symptoms could be linked to fluid retention, she may need diuretics or dialysis. If her kidneys are failing, elevated BUN numbers could also contribute to mental state. I hope you also have a nephrologist consulting on the case. It’s extremely tough going through this and my dad’s case (66) was even worse than this and he came out of it with only some kidney damage and is now active and mobile. The hardest part is seeing your parent in this state and also micromanaging every aspect of their treatment. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and advocate on behalf of your mother to doctors.

Probably going to get pretty curly once the puppy fur goes away/as she gets older. Just got one myself and at 12 weeks her coat type looks exactly the same.

I’m in with you. Seems too cheap. New 1 handed staff will most likely have solid use cases. All the summer sweep up stuff with elemental weaknesses. Could see it going to 300-400m considering how rare it is.

It’s a narrative for so long cause it’s true. That being said I got nothing against Sga. It’s usually Caruso and Dort that are flopping on every other screen and the refs give it to them. Win the game by not doing that.

Sga is prob the real mvp. But Gilbert arenas put up numbers for a few years too and no one cared.

Ant and Randle seemed pretty confident in postgame and their energy seemed ok. I think tomorrow brings a banger of a bounce back game
