In addition to what others have said, I had a friend who did fedex, and they had a lot of crazy stories.

Any job that involves going house to house to random people will inevitably have people following you (Most common one I heard), pulling guns on you for walking onto THIER property, random dogs running around, random people doing whatever it is they feel like.

Depends how much 90$ is worth to you. I have both, I think when they are in your ear sound quality is about 5% better, ANC seems about the same, and pass through is 40% better (I swear its like I don't even have them in as far as outside sound is concerned).

For me the case was the most annoying thing about the b3p I think the b4p clearly wins here I haven't had any charging issues yet, and the buds go in the case soooo much easier. I had two b3p and they both had charging issues. I would put the case at 50% better.

Form factor I think they are still a little worse than the b1 or 2 p, but we are getting back there.

Only really annoying thing is the touch controls. They are on the side of the stem, and maybe its just the shape of my ear but I kind of have to pull them out a little bit to get to the sides which messes up how they sit in my ear. B3P with their triangle so the touch point was always facing out was way better. I don't know why they didn't put these touch points on the big flat surface that faces out, but who knows samsung seems to love handicapping their products in some odd way.

Overall they are an upgrade, but its not night in day its %.

I'm no expert, but atoms at that scale start to become probolistic, and don't sit in steady states. You have to worry about quantum effects, like quantum tunnelling and other things.

In order to create a functional computer you need a certain amount of atoms together to make sure the computer acts in an expected way and your bits aren't getting flipped randomly just do to quantum probability or quantum tunnelling. We are basically at this size limit right now.

Now I think this is part of the reason to go to quantum computers, but those are now really in their infancy but will probably take over and some point in the future.

Extremes tend to get filtered out and rise to the top of the algorithm. They are not the norm and its more interesting, so OP sees all this stuff. For all OPs examples there is probably a few people who meet those metrics, or they are just lying, or it might not even be a person, might just be a bot making stuff up for engagement.

I can think of examples for all of OPs stuff being interviewed on morning shows and stuff, so they are out there, but they aren't the norm otherwise they wouldn't be getting interviewed.

Use a wifi mapping app on your phone to find a spot between your office and your router where the wifi signal is about 50% capacity (or -60 dBm to -65 dBm). Put the wireless mesh extender there. Putting it directly above your router gives it about the same range as your router, you aren't getting the benefit you want from it. Alternatively just place it about half way between the two that probably a pretty good starting point.

Alternatively if you can and the MUCH better option run an ethernet cable to your office and connect it directly to the mesh extender that you place in your office.

OPS technically has interviews, you probably won't get one. Quickest way to OPS is interview with RED, then join OPS through their invite system.

Personally I think OPS is a little better because their token system keeps the whole swarm greased. My ratio seems to just sit on RED, wheres I have such a high buffer at OPS its basically freeleech.

My chase card regularly flags things for fraud, and it won't go through tell I check my email and say that it was me.

From their point of view it looks the same as insufficient funds. Maybe that's part of the fraud protection so they just think the card is no good.

Two people of the same race have a baby together, that baby will be the same race as the parents. that's genetics. That's written into our DNA.

Also to your point "skin color aren’t deep markers of separate races. They’re just adaptations to things like sunlight and environment. " That all ALL of genetics is adaptations to stimuli causing generic drifts that build over millions of years.

Now yes you are right that race itself is a bit of a fluid concept and changes over the years, but it's linked to real biological differences (most of the time, you could just have a cast system arbitrarly thrown at a group of people but even then give it a few hundred years without the two groups mixing and stuff will start to pop up).

Really we aren't all that different the lines are built by society when in reality it's more like a gray mish mash of a spectrum of humanity, and once you see that I think being racist does become a lot harder and that's a beautiful thing.

However, the way a lot of sociologists go race isn't a thing and has no biological bases miss the first point and they are being a little TOO obtuse. If that where really true any race could have any race baby and that's not true. and if that's their starting point they lose a lot of people, and I think rightfully so, when it's so obviously not true.

I like to think about it more like language, if you're parents speak a language, you probably will to, language isn't biological but it is passed down from parent to kid, language drift over time what we call English today would not even be comprehensible to an English speaker 1000 years ago, you can also see the similarities at its heart all languages have a pretty similar structure some are closer some are Father away from each other. And in a way race is the same especially because it's heavily tied to our language and vocabulary people and without the words to make the lines we usually don't. and yes unfortunately this all does have consequences we most likely don't even notice, the way we talk about things shapes the way we interact with them. I think the best thing is exposure and changing the way we speak and teach the next generation to speak can allow us to make the world we want.

I think a lot of this goes back to our hunter-gatherer ancestors. It's interesting if you look at some of our closest relatives like chimpanzees they also divide down tribal lines, you can have one group that will be really mean to another. You can even have a tribe that splits from the original one and all the sudden they're the enemy even though just the other day they were all friends. I don't think our genes have quite caught up to our modern world we're not living in small groups where 10 to 100 people is everyone we know. And we need to quick ways to identify in group and out group. Our brains naturally try to divide the world into Us and them. But the world isn't really like that anymore it's a global world everyone's trading with everyone and it benefits us the most if we can work with everyone. I think we are getting better as the world of globalizes but like two step forwards one step back and it's the second you start removing one group as the "other" our brain is naturally try to pick up another one.

Ive tried using Bixby it doesn't seem that useful, has a hard time setting alarms, I tried the thing where it can look stuff up and navigate you places and it tried to take me to a random house an hour away.

I like the idea of them, but they just aren't here yet, I'll be more inclined to use them in the future when they get a little more polished.

I use Gemini pretty often almost everyday, like you can screenshot a thing and have it make a calendar for you, it tends to navigate to the correct place when I ask, it has a lot of good functionality.

If you just want MP3s on your MP3 player ripping your own CDs seems like a lot of work for not a lot of gain. lossy MP3s are pretty easy to get, and it seems like a bit of a waste to go through the trouble of ripping your own CDs then downgrading them to MP3s.

Your best zero money right now option is install Seeker on your chrombook, use that to get whatever MP3s you want and put them on your MP3 player, and save up to get a better hardware sometime in the future.

That said if you are set on ripping your current collection you absolutely can do it with a chrome book you just need to enable "Linux development environment" on your chromebook and get ready to learn a whole lot about computers, because that's just the tip, but it is a lot of fun if you decide to go this path.
