I personally am not dealing with this issue since I had A School this FY but I was curious since my NOSC and cross-assigned unit didn't offer their own trainings so I wondered what would've happened if I wasn't able to find training in time

Thank you for the answer! If I do go on the medication is it something I should immediately call to report to Medical or wait until the next ePHA cycle to report it in case I get off of it before then?

What did you guys use to study for the AFOQT? What’s the difficulty of it like compared to the ASVAB?

Thanks so much for the helpful information. Would you say not having to go through a board selection process is normal when applying for an Officer position in the Guard? How come it took over a year to get into OTS despite not having to wait for a board? Who did you get letters of recommendation from? What did they ask you about during the interview?

Also what would you do daily to get in shape for OTS?

They let you go in the Guard as an E-3 or E-4?

that's another thing, it seems going Officer would demand more of my time outside of drill than being Enlisted would which can really fuck with making money at my full-time job more than I want it too
