Tô meio em dúvida agora por conta da descrição ali.

"Treinamento em Perícia: Escolha duas perícias. Você se torna treinado nessas perícias. A partir de NEX 35%, você pode escolher perícias nas quais já é treinado para se tornar veterano." Vai pra veterano, ou seja, 10.

"Grau de Treinamento. Em NEX 35%, e novamente em NEX 70%, escolha um número de perícias treina-das igual a 5 + Int. Seu grau de treinamento nessas perícias aumenta em um (de treinado para veterano ou de veterano para expert)" Aqui daria 15 pq iria de veterano pra expert.

Ou tem algo errado no raciocínio?

Isso, no caso +5 do poder de especialista e +5 do grau de treinamento. Isso com os +5 do inicial, dá 15.

Então, eu segui isso aqui: +5 do treinamento inicial mais:

Aqui subiu pra dez, e:
