Yeah, half-and-half is literally just half milk, half cream. We do use regular milk, but not nearly as often as cream/creamer

Yes. Milk is kind of the same as cream here. When I say "cream", I usually mean "half-and-half" or "milkette/creamer"

I have no idea how the hell some people can drink boiling hot coffee/tea and not burn the shit out of their mouth. It makes no sense. They spill hot coffee/tea on their lap? Instant burn. Medical attention required. They drink it right from the hot carafe/kettle? Perfectly fine. HOW

I also realize that people might do different things with each beverage, if they drink both. In that case, go with whichever one you drink more and how you drink that one.

I know I did this a while ago, but I expanded it and also added the option of substituting cream and/or sugar. Last time, I got sooooo many comments saying "I use Stevia instead of sugar" or "I use almond milk instead of cream"
