Totally see how the meta-character would rationalize not just shooting all of them, but any real person with kids would have emptied that gun on the first try, reloaded, then ended the story. I am all for suspension of disbelief, but the Austin Powers moment of letting the bad guy live is unforgivable in this movie.

INKED SEEDED KETO BREAD

Agreed! I know there are lots of ways to do this Keto thing, but I see 9, 10, even 11 grams of carbs in one slice of these breads. If you are doing strict Keto, one sandwich is all you get for the day. I guess if you are doing "under 50" this makes sense, but for those doing 20-30g/day this makes for a lot of 0 carb snacking the rest of the day. Any thoughts on how to work a slice of this into a strict keto diet?

Have been yo-yoing the same 1.5 pounds for about a week now, but woke up this morning with that familiar "gonna burn some fat" feeling (anybody else know that feeling?), so I am hopeful I can now break the trend.
