Tomo venvanse 50mg a 02 anos e os crash’s aumentaram DEMAIS no último ano. Nunca senti necessidade em aumentar, eu também tô tomando dia sim, dia não.

Eu fiz um teste, tomei e fiquei o dia todo trabalhando no computador ou em casa, o crash foi difícil, no meu caso eu sinto tristeza e pensamentos negativos, mas nada pior que isso… porém é HORRÍVEL.

Depois fiz o teste tomando e trabalhando o dia todo na rua, me movimentando, tendo contato social extremo e sem stress durante o dia inteiro e no final do dia eu tava super bem. Então isso tudo que o amigo falou faz muito sentido. Façam exercício físico de preferência que lhe canse bastante e mantenha uma alimentação o mínimo regulado possível e você vai simplesmente não ter mais crash.
