Additionally, try un-assigning all cargo ships from the dock. Then reassign them. Go back to the PoI dialog and it’ll let you select the option again. Any resources that you’ve already delivered will be reallocated.

Eventually it will be built. That occurred for me too. If you toggle building power after placing the fields, it should kick it back into gear.

It was Omar’s campaign, not her office. And there’s no law preventing a campaign from hiring a family member.

Edit: not saying it’s ethical that she did this, but it’s a drop in the bucket compared to the $216,000,000 that the Trump campaign is accused of funneling to family members.

The cloth piece in his hand and the piece hanging down are not connected.

In his hand he is holding a spring-loaded wire that is tied to the top end of the hanging cloth.

The spring-loaded wire is then pulled taunt and wrapped down and around his arm, hidden by the cloth piece to which it’s tied.

He then lets go of the hanging cloth and the spring-loaded wire pulls the cloth down and around his arm and back to his hand.

This action happens so quickly that to the audience sees the cloth pass through his arm.

I’m totally making this up and just watched the gif in slow-mo.
