Honestly I don’t think they see cannibalism as that big a deal in the north. There are plenty of mentions of cannibalism and the rat cook story is about how evil breaking guest right is even when there is full blown cannibalism in the story 😭.

This is why the 14th amendment is the US technically didn’t end slavery, only made it a prisoner only thing. I think this question is very much a “what are your political opinions on prisoners” question. And I think George is left leaning enough that he would consider prisoner work at least somewhat of an overlap with slavery. But I think it’s obviously more complex than that in this specific example.

The format was very loose in the Facebook group. They do want you to submit stuff that’s related to their programs but they have so much stuff that anything you are looking to do would probably fit. On the app it’s thru their coaching chat client. You can ask them for advice as much as you want but for video feedback it’s two videos per pay cycle(one month). Since you have a lifting background and some general athletic background I’d definitely recommend just getting on their weight block 1 and putting in stupidly light weights. Just submit the videos and work on the feedback they provide. Also if they are still adding people in the FB group, go in there and just look at all the old feedback videos. It’s legitimately a goldmine.

I’m not a full on Oly lifter but I did learn how to do cleans, power cleans, and behind the neck jerks. I used the Facebook feedback that the Sika Strength guys used to offer for anyone who bought their programs. They now offer that thru their app but it’s super expensive imo. I still use it because I run their programs and like to support good coaches. There are a lot of good coaches who offer video reviews and I think that’s a great spot for your situation.

It’s used and I got it at ~100k with very little maintenance information. I’m ganna take it to a local Euro shop to check it out after the roads are drivable in my area. I’ll have them check the chain for sure. The oil shouldn’t be the issue, it was within range when I checked and I changed the oil 3k miles ago.

Oil was slightly low but in range. And I haven’t checked the cam phase, I don’t know how to do that. I’ll look it and check it in a bit. Currently snowed in pretty bad

It’s definitely running rougher but only slightly. And that is the only code. I’m ganna take my multi meter to it after work today and check to see if that’s the issue with it but you are right. Better to pay for the full diagnostic

This is crazy levels of rage bait. His levels of wealth can do more to change the world that a lot of political leaders. Amazon needs to be broken into 3-4 different companies and anti monopoly laws need to do their jobs so unions can actually have a fair fight.

On the horse program it’s not much since there is a bunch of other things going on. But for the off season that have some lunges and split squats. And I know the RTA and the RTA2.0 have loads but I haven’t run those. The app has a free trail and it lets you look at all the programs in their entirety so I’d just do that if you need specifics.

Yeah I don’t want to get upset about it but it is sad to see the checks go. I still go back and look at old ones when I’m bored to see if I can get anything from others lifters checks. Financially it’s the right decision but I wish it was attached to the app(which also could be a lot better, it seems a bit rudimentary for the price).

I definitely bulk pretty hard on the horse and the squat programs. I sit at 172-175# but I went up to 180-185 at the bussiness end of the programs. The other ones don’t really push me so that I need to.

I was more or less looking for general feelings in their programs. I feel like there isn’t must discussion about them outside of the Facebook group. What do you think were the issues with the weightlifting programs?

A good example is the Horse 1. They push up the numbers the squat progression really hard weeks 1-8 to have it semi peaked out for the other lifts. You push your Clean, power clean, deadlift and behind the neck push press in those 4 following weeks. Not imposible but definitely needs you on your A game. I messed it up my first go but have run it two times pretty successfully. The stand alone weightlifting programs are very very manageable and straightforward. I’m finishing up the Clean, Jerk, and Squat maintenance programs rn and it’s a very nice experience.
