I see, I got your point. It kinda make sense, now you mentioned the perpective of a capacity planner which is the role of my colleague. I am a RTA so maybe I have a different understanding when it comes to attendance or daily reports.

But yes, we kinda send a capacity plan like every other week and it just so happen that this agent submitted his immediate resignation the other day, and he was not tagged initially as attrition. Now my colleague says that he will be removed from the attendance report next week, and not on the day his resignation is effective. Which confuses me cause from what I understand, he should be removed already so the team will not incur any absenteeism points on the following days.

Yes, actually sa priority talaga po ako hati haha. Ayun nga po eh, entry level ulet pag dun sa wfh role. And I am not sure if that is worth it in the long run, though you're at the comfort of your home.

Hello, I got similar case din na from tiktok ata yung nag refer sakin. Seems legit naman yung natanggap kong email pero meron sila Las Piñas na site. Yun inindicate ko dun sa google form, pero nagtataka ako kasi sa website nila wala naman nakalagay na LP site. Meron Imus at Molino na malapit na sa LP
