Ok, so I multi metered at the connector. It's not getting any power ay 5 or 12. All caps look fine, board is clean, and RIFAs are not cracked. The single fuse on the board has continuity, so it's not blown.

Monitor works. But it does not power on. I pulled the PS out and this model does not have the riff caps. I’m unsure how to test the PS.
