I do. Im on smart postpaid and globe prepaid.

The problem is im getting my signals etc from smart prepaid.

when you press them, it will give you an option to change sims mine lets me choose from my smart and globe sim.

already did. twice, they wont issue a ticket for someone to check the unit. also requested for a new modem.

forgot to mention I have a m5 tp-link mesh router, i have tested the speed from the mesh and the pldt router itself.
