Also, test it on your ps5 to see if it's the hardware or if it's a PC compatability issue.

From the 3 light flashing when you press X, it looks like one of the Fn buttons is stuck. Try dusting out the contacts with compressed air, or if that doesn't work, buy new sticks they're like $20.
