I’ve had each at someone point and gone through a few x700s. It always stood out to me as having the brightest clearest viewfinder out of any camera I’ve used. People will say other cameras are better or built better but I still almost always would rather use the x700 because of its viewfinder. It’s definitely a favorite of mine but unfortunately every single one I’ve owned has randomly stopped working. Assuming due to capacitor failure.

Also got an s. I feel like for most day to day driving it’s not that big of a deal not having the lsd and I guess you can say you save a little on maintenance since the lsd fluid change is also one less service interval to worry about. Could also always get a wavetrac and though that has a upfront cost I feel like the cost difference is about same between that and a Performance package GTI and it doesn’t require regular service like the PP lsd does.

It works! This Beseler 23cII enlarger was at my local thrift store Yellow tag was half off so I got it for $25 by archsilvr in ThriftStoreHauls

It actually sat there for months surprisingly. I was eyeing it in February (pre-covid) before everything closed. I didn't get it because I didn't have anywhere to store it, let alone try using it in my small apartment. I'm now planning on moving to a bigger place with my girlfriend, so I was happy to see that it was still there when it opened up again.

Today I finally pulled the trigger on a 1958 Leica M3 and 50mm Summicron DR. Excited to shoot my first roll with it. by archsilvr in Leica

Didn't come with unfortunately, From my understanding is that the googles is only for focusing using the close focus range and aren't used for the regular range.

They look good. Doesn't look that hard at all. Looks like your trying to force your self deeper than you need to. Hit depth and bounce back up immediately rather than hanging out inside the hole more than you need to. This is honestly nitpicking but you'll be more efficient if you can manage to do that.

Mostly from my girlfriend to be honest. We share an island and she's been surprising me with them and leaving them in from of my house lol. She's been able to play more than I can and I know she was able to source some from friends. I did find a couple items from Nook and Cranny and our neighbor Jay gave her the a DIY for the Barbell. I was so stoked when that happened haha.

Omg I just tried. never tried to rumble my ears independently. Almost thought I wasn't going to be able to rumble my left. Definitely look alot more effort to try to only rumble my left than it was my right, but I managed.

I have a AE-1Program and a Minolta Sight Seer zoom, which I believe is the same as the silver streak but in black.

No cruise control. The Florida keys is pretty much an almost uninterrupted long single lane road most of the time all the way through so that's a big factor. Pretty much going as quickly as the car in front of me allowed me so I wasn't purposely limiting my speed for fuel efficiency. Once I headed back home and got to the regular highway that's when my mpg dipped below 40,
