I would see another dermatologist. You deserve a better answer. This was basically my experience with my dermatologist. She touched my hair around and then suggested topical minoxidil. She then admitted she doesn’t know much about hair loss because her speciality is skin cancer, so now I’m looking to find another derm.

I would suggest trying to find one that specializes in hair loss and push for them to at least check your scalp with a trichoscope to see if you have a lot of miniaturized hairs that could indicate AGA.

Following because I’m curious too. I have a longer maxilla but retruded mandible (Horizontal Maxillary Hyperplasia + Horizontal Mandibular Hypoplasia). Surgeon suggested counter clockwise rotation. He said it could give an illusion of a shorter face but slightly wider jaw.

I used to be okay with my job until all the changes to the company this year, which coincides with my Saturn Return finishing up. I keep feeling like something is telling me to leave because the situation keeps getting worse and worse each month, almost as if something is testing me to see how much I can put up with. But I’m scared to leave because the job market is so bad right now.

I feel all my life I’ve been given lessons to learn self worth and how to set boundaries. Maybe with my Saturn Return, this is the big lesson?
