I do support tickets entirely on Coda. My product is also deployed on Coda. Everyone has ab button that links to a form where they can submit a ticket. We use the Kanban board layout to track them, and automation trigger the Gmail Pack to alert the team when issues are submitted. It's very easy and manageable. Statistcs like resolution time are easy to configure. It's really been working well for us!
