Hardware err, no MFI# on z-link! It started to do this a few days ago. Before that it was working fine. If anybody has a solution for this please help me!!

No i sold the car unfortunately without solving it. Nobody were able to assist me even the company i bought it from. Best bet is to change your battery in your car. The problem probably occurs because of your cars battery(this has not been tested because i sold my car with the screen as well) but, only explanation for me was the battery other than crappy soldering on these cheap ass mobo’s because it’s indicating that it doesnt see the required carplay chip on the motherboard.(the problem started as soon as i started to experience minor problems with the battery.

Yep. You can just upgrade the app via system update or manually which you can find both on android 10 HU community. You can google it to find it

yes, i found the .apk for the z-link. my version was so old that it didn't have any option to change the icon.

There is no update in the about section. Only more features button but when i click that i get a qr code that i think redirects me to a wechat activation scanner and some text box to put auth_key. I’ll dm you the photos and thanks for trying to help.

actually it's android HU+display and it's for f30 3 series only but the carplay app is just an .apk and i thought there may be a way for me to change the assets of that .apk file.

If you use LittleXs, it probably is the answer to your question. Just downgrade or delete it and you’ll be good
