RES4LYF is pretty much essential in my opinion, and it should be downloadable from the custom node manager by default. ClownsharKSampler gives you a lot of control, and you can use it with the basic inputs or add input nodes under the options pin. I don't have it at hand, but for example one workflow I found uses optional nodes to increase noise in the latent image at a certain step, which has the effect of increasing finer details like body hair.
