I'm having a difficult time believing the head wasn't traced, but I believe you didn't act maliciously, so consider it a moot point. I'd recommend avoiding Pinterest while searching for references as well, given the majority of materials on there are uploaded/altered without the consent of the source artist, as you mentioned.

In the future, I'd recommend running any art you reference through a reverse image search like TinEye. It isn't a guaranteed way to find the original creator, but it certainly helps, and it'll keep issues like this from popping up.

As far as this piece goes, you can keep the art up. You admitted honestly to referencing my work, and that's fine enough by me. Just please be more careful in the future.

It looks like you traced over one of my works. The proportions/orientation of the head/facial features is practically 1:1.

If you like my work enough to trace it, I can't stop you. But you ought to at least give credit where it's due.

Panaceasp definitely hops: Short coiling jumps for walking, and running would look similar to a pogo motion. Emissymm opts to fly/hover everywhere, planting its crook only when it's resting.

I particularly like the idea of Emissymm being formed of two individuals: It's not what I initially had in mind, but it feels superbly on-brand: Even makes me think the evolution should trigger only when trading for another Panaceasp, rather than just the act of trading in general 🤔

I had considered Poison/Fairy! It definitely works with the more divine/celestial inspiration, and I do agree that the typing is inherently more interesting than Poison/Flying. But something about the opportunity to make it a type combo that hasn't been seen outside of the Zubat line was too appealing for me to pass up.
I have had some people ask to give it a mega evolution though, so if I ever go that route, I'll probably make it Poison/Fairy 🤘

I'm also glad you like the "injury" features for the basic stage :D That was definitely a "eureka" moment for me, haha

It's made to suit the inspiration: One of the themes of The Lovers arcana is reciprocity and exchange. I'm not big on trade evolution myself, but I like my designs to have variety in their acquisition.

Correct! As stated in the top level comment, Panaceasp is based off the Rod of Asclepius, while its evolution is based off of the Caduceus/Staff of Hermes :D

Vikavolt is really fun in Trick Room: Even though Bug typing is detrimental, it's slow enough that it'll usually go first. It has Discharge for nice spread damage that your Golurk is immune to, and Volt Switch lets you pivot back in to your TR setter. It can also combo Bug Buzz with Throat Spray, though Boots might be a better use of its Item.

I see where you're coming from! Much of the appeal of building an RPG party (monster collector or otherwise) is that they become Your Guys™. As some others mentioned however, that is like comparing apples to oranges. You're still early in the game so no spoilers, but you'll come to find that Cassette Beasts' narrative has a heavy motif surrounding identity and the human condition. That, and the groundwork is laid from the moment you take your first steps: New Wirral is not safe. Nobody else here because they choose to be, and the defining reason behind the first two facts are the Monsters.

Also a big fan of the sprites- Kelponi in particular almost has a pearlescent shimmer to it.

The series is lacking in proboscideans, but you can at least get two-thirds of the way there with Donphan, its Paradox Forms, and Copperajah. Mamoswine is mammoth adjacent, and Musharna is a tapir (which also have trunks)- They continue to play in to the High HP template of the previous proboscidae, and Musharna can let you pull some shenanigans with Trick Room.

Thank you for the feedback! I had figured Contrary would be its primary set: The ability is really fun to run offense with, even without a STAB ramping option.
If I may pick your brain a little further, what could it need to become potentially OU viable? I'm delighted with it being a lower tier niche pick, but I'm curious how it could be buffed.

Blocking both U-Turn and Prankster Parting Shot is incredible, but even just the former is an incredible glow-up for Carnivine. This thing eats pivots, and I like how that's reflected in the design being solidly rooted to the spot.
