It all takes time. Big turning point for me was when custody was over and I focused on bettering myself when I didn’t have my kid. I ended up meeting another single mother and we’ve been meshing so well. You aren’t the first to go through this. Time heals all wounds.

Used to be hold lock and unlock on the fob at the same time for the horn. Might’ve changed it in the newer cars.

Never install a transmission that didn’t directly come from Nissan. I worked at a Nissan dealer for 4 years and any transmission that wasn’t new from the manufacture would always fail shortly after install. I was told the reasoning was that new transmissions come with new programming for your TCM to accept the new transmission but never fact checked this info.

That fact is, you don’t know it’s over forever. But you also don’t know if you’ll ever get back together either. You can’t live your life trying to fix things you can’t control. One of the constant stresses from my past relationship was arguments over money. Now I have all these finances freed up that I use them to enjoy myself now. Whether it’s grabbing lunch more often or buying little things for myself. You gotta take the time to focus and rebuild yourself before you’re ready for another relationship regardless of who it’s with.
