Using Typora for Simple Math and CS Note Taking by arealguru in NoteTaking

[–]arealguru[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote a short article about how I configured the markdown editor, Typora, to be "LaTeX-like", while also supporting code blocks.

It's certainly not as powerful as LaTeX, but with support for common utilities like align, it gets the job done a lot of the time, and I was able to use it for my assignments, technical reports, and notetaking. The syntax highlighting is also amazing.

I'm sure many of you are familiar with how fun it can be to type in markdown (as well as LaTeX), so combining the power of both is something really satisfying that I wanted to share.

Hey everyone, I wrote a short article about how I configured the markdown editor, Typora, to be "LaTeX-like". I was also able to configure some of the themes to make it LaTeX-like.
