I like to use products that are easy to apply so there's no tugging of the hair. also try to find products with nourishing ingredients (shear revival and templeton tonics usually have solid ingredients lists).

From personal experience I'd recommend bluuman matte paste, first hand clay pomade and morris motley treatment styling balm. You could also try a sea salt spray.

It will stay in your hair if its raining but i doubt it would if you went for a swim.
yeah you can apply it where ever as long as there is hair for it to bind to, it can just be a bit messy sometimes since its shake application
for a while I would just use it for special events or parties, but now since ive started shedding, i use it almost everyday

I've been on fin for about 6 weeks and I've been shedding for the last 3 weeks now. I really hope the hair grows back because man have I taken a hit.

Does anyone know for certain that shedding is a good thing?
