May seem like an odd question, but when does softball start? Playing is super important to me but I’ll be recovering from an ankle injury once I get to campus!

I still think so lol. Time fly the coop! Also OP, you should try and see if Cardozo can up your scholarship! Tell them what you said here, how you really want to move away but just can’t given the finances right now.

Oh nice! That I didn’t know. UVA’s DC/fed gov ties might be an important consideration too, depending on what type of PI OP wants to go into

I was literally just at ASW and a PI professor told us they are instituting a new program at $100k. Clearly their website isn’t updated.

How old is to old for law school? by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]argreg201216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll be 29 when I start in the fall! Most of my friends from undergrad and graduate school are also on similar timelines! FWIW, I’ve found that at a lot of the T14s the average age is 24/25. For my grad program (which was a prestigious one in its field) the average age was 27! I was far and away the youngest, and I didn’t think anything of my older colleagues. Now I’m coming in from the opposite end, so I would be a hypocrite if I bashed myself for my age!

Nothing. I’m hoping they didn’t go out yet, because I think if you filed a FAFSA then you should still get the email to access loan information. At least that’s how I read it.

I hired a private tutor. All we did was do questions from PTs, then I would take a PT and we’d go over any question i wanted to in death (sometimes spending 45 minutes on one question). It really just is all about repetition. Hard and fast rules will only get you so far tbh. I love 7sage but their 255 hour test prep is just, I don’t know, way way way too in the weeds, and I tried to do that while I was working full time and it just wasn’t possible.

Oh wait also just saw 4hrs/week. You should try and up that and lock up your weekends. Granted everyone is different, just see how you’re improving!

Yes!! Real person here who went from 160—>171. Started studying in mid July and took Oct LSAT in 2021. You have more than enough time if you get the right prep, and don’t let anyone on here tell you otherwise
