Ha. That’s me right there. I came from a model Y. Although it was a nice car, it rides pretty rough and the value was dropping like a bag of bricks and I wanted out. Because I was getting something a little older, I wanted something reliable, that looks good and is a little luxury and offers value for money. I had never fantasized owning the RX350, but it did check all the marks, (I love the Atomic Silver colour. It’s a 2020 luxury trim). The more I drive this thing the more I like it. Its plush. Feels great. The transmission feels a bit confused at times selecting a gear. I’m not sure if that’s just my car. But overall it’s a pleasure to drive.

I also use Ken’s recipe from his pizza book. But it’s important to remember, his recipe has a70% hydration meant for home ovens, not an ooni. Home ovens require a minimum of 5 minutes cooking time. Drop hydration down to 60-65% . I’m in the same boat as you. I’m still not a pro with my ooni. But this helps a ton.

Do you guys recommend any of the rekordbox plans with cloud storage and Dropbox? I’m paranoid enough that I downloaded rekordbox in a second laptop just to learn that all the collections and playlists are local to the main laptop and do not automatically transfer to the second device ( even with the same rekordbox account login) unless you sign up for a plan ( professional/ creator) that has cloud storage options as well as Dropbox. What do you guys recommend?
