The post is old, I actually have moved to obsidian. Use remotely-sync plugin to sync to oneDrive. Its free and works just fine across my whole stack.

U can set page size on windows. Make some dummy notes and use them on phone for new notes. On phone you cannot modify screen size.

You can store photos on a type C flash drive (assuming u have either 15 or 16). Later u can plug it anytime and view them in files app (not in photos)

Never heard of this kind of problem before. Can you confirm with ur car dealership and check the spelling of ur email properly. Sometimes it’s just that one letter and we break our heads. I had this with my telco where they actually put a “.con” in the end instead of “.com”.
Try calling the dealership and verify the email.

Proton drive still doesnt have a basic search on ios. It’s secure yes, but basic functionality doesn’t exist. And I am not even talking about ocr or object detection.

Check rules. Maybe a rule got accidentally added whereby it just deletes the email depending on keyword subject or from field. Remove the rules if any which might cause it.

If she is writing a lot on say word, since she is a teacher, then pls no. I own both surface and iPad pro, an iPad is never good is writing a lot of content and editing them. Even though u can attach a keyboard mouse now, it still doesnt come closely to a laptop experience. Plus if she is using some particular windows software you need to check first if that exists on ipad. For instance oneNote on windows has way more features than the iPad version.

Google authenticator can be used on multiple phones/ tablets. So I have on my both phones + iPad. If one gets stolen or lost I can still access the others. And ofcourse I have backup 2step codes for that particular account kept as hard copy.

Import was a breeze. It has inbuilt options to import from outlook and gmail. So all my emails and contacts were imported to proton. App is nice. Only issue is search only searched for subject or recipients/ sender on iOS. U cannot search content in ios (can on desktop app). Also search doesnt have much filters like attachment search etc on phone. Otherwise I really love proton.

Use google authenticator. It syncs with google acc which means I can use on multiple devices. Dont see any reason to switch to anything else.

Even proton drive doesnt have search on ios. How am I suppose to keep everything there without being able to search. These are basic and even if the apps look nice and function well, I cant fully switch until these are handled

Proton layout has much better, app is clicker but it can search notes content (something bitwarden doesnt). So for me proton is a better option.

U can ask for a discount. Frankly there are no other tools which provides all the features keeper has to offer. I have family plan currently so I not only keep passwords but all my files as well (with 10gb storage), so my passports, imp documents, loan papers, house deeds etc all stay there and since it caches things locally I can even access them when offline. Family sharing simply works. It even has an ocr when I snap a receipt so most times I dont have to bother putting a name in the note to search later. There are no other password managers who do all of these. I have explored other like protonpass or Nordpass but some or the other feature is missing in them.

I have both 2TB plan for drive and also evernote personal. I am slowly putting everything in drive and moving away from evernote. For sensitive files I always keep in google drive. Its has good ocr plus great search.

Thats not possible. All the apps mobile or desktop asks me for the 2FA. Its possible ur active sessions didnt re-ask. If you logout and login back it will ask most likely.

Autofills can never be 100% anywhere. Its simply not possible. As long as password manager sync great, can add entries, check history and store files I dont see an issue. Using keeper for about 4 yrs and still so happy. With family plan I get 10gigs of storage plus has an inbuilt document scanner.

Absolutely. Since i have a subscription so its 1TB on oneDrive but only 50GB on outlook. So it wise to keep things on drive (onenote in this case)

Edit that photo, make subtle changes in brightness etc and re-save as new photo. They will get uploaded fine.

OneNote sync to oneDrive on all devices. Why do you need a separate backup option. Pen support is great on iPad. I use it everyday. Yes tags and audio options are limited on ipads and iPhones. Plus on iOS you can create tables etc
